To help us be successful students we use the Russley Dispositions. They help us to train our brains to think successfully when we are faced with problems where the answer is not immediately known. Camp Gear List


Hi all, 

We're off to Hanmer Springs on Monday (29th of October), please ensure that you help your child pack. 


Year 5 & 6 Hanmer Camp Gear List - 2012
NB all items named please

General Gear
  • Warm sleeping bag or bedding
  • Pillow
  • Beach towel and bath towel
  • Toiletry supplies: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel, face cloth, tissues, sunblock, etc.
  • Plastic bags for dirty clothes
  • 2 tea towels
  • Plate, cup, bowl, knife, fork & spoon
  • 2 plastic bags for dirty clothing
  • Light day pack (school bag)
  • Torch
  • Drink Bottle

Clothing
  • WATERPROOF raincoat
  • Warm polar fleece (School one is good if needed)
  • Pyjamas
  • T-shirts and jerseys (something warm)
  • Shorts (2 pairs) and trousers (2 pairs)
  • Lots of socks (at least 4)
  • Underwear (several changes)
  • Beanie, cap
  • Sunhat
  • 2 pairs of shoes
  • Jandals
  • Swimming Togs & towel
  • Biscuits / Slice / Cakes etc for supper
  • Pen/pencils
