Welcome to Room 6's Blog...

We are one of the Year 3 & 4 classes at Russley School. We aim to work together well so that we can achieve success in everything we do. To help us be successful students we use the Russley Dispositions. They help us to train our brains to think successfully when we are faced with problems where the answer is not immediately known. On our Blog you will find photos, videos, up-coming events, notices and a range of other exciting information that we would love to share with you!

February 22nd One Year On...

After much discussion we have planned a small event to commemorate February 22nd.

At 12.40 children will line up on the netball courts behind their painted room number.Buddy classes will then join together and link arms to make large ‘circles of hope’. At 12.51 we will observe 2 minutes silence and the flag will be lowered to half mast.

Following this, children will return to their rooms to get their lunches and will join their buddy classes for a picnic lunch. They will then be released to play 15 minutes later.

This will see our lunch hour running from 1pm – 1.55pm. We ask that you pack your child plenty of morning tea and fruit to ensure they aren’t too hungry.

We welcome parents to join us for this event.
